The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 4 and 5 are repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station at behest of 6th respondent and threatening the petitioner to implicate him in false cases. It is submitted that the 6th respondent is the wife of the petitioner. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 6th respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioner on 20.04.2025 and that the petitioner is called to the police station for the purpose of counseling and for conducting preliminary investigation. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 5.
