Through the Joint Registrar High Court, the order dated 16.09.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 13027 of 2025 by the Allahabad Bench of this Court has been brought on record and as per which, petitioner has earlier filed writ petition seeking the same relief before the Allahabad Bench. The conduct of petitioner has been repremanded and direction have been issued to him to withdraw the petition pending before this Court. 3. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that he was not aware of the earlier writ petition filed before the Allahabad Bench of this Court by petitioner. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw this present petition. 4. In view of aforesaid aspects, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
