The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash the First Information Report No.30 of 2025, registered at police station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 115(2), 351(2) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard Mr. Hemant Singh Mehra, learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for respondent nos.1 & 2 and Mr. Ajay Joshi, learned counsel holding brief of 1 2025:UHC:781 Mr. Ketan Joshi, learned counsel for respondent no.3/informant and victim. 3. A joint compounding application with affidavits have been filed. 4. All the petitioners are present in-person. They are identified by Mr. Hemant Singh Mehra, Advocate. 5. The respondent no.3-Shadab, the informant, is present in-person. He is identified by Mr. Ajay Joshi, Advocate. 6. The said offences are compoundable. 7. The respondent no.3-Shadab submitted that he has compounded the said offences with his free will and without any pressure. He further submitted that he does not want to prosecute the petitioners. 8. As a result, the impugned First Information Report No. 30 of 2025, registered at police station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, is quashed. 9.
