Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent- Bank. 2. A specific query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioners as to how the instant petition is maintainable, as an order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow, dated 06.08.2025 has been assailed and as to whether the petitioners have a statutory remedy. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the fact that he has an alternate remedy in terms of Section 18 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. The Registry is directed to return all original papers filed along with this petition after retaining photocopies thereof.
