3. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition, saying that a notice has been issued to the allottee Jagvinder Singh (Boby), who was allotted one servant quarter and garage ad-measuring 12x8 feet at River Bank Colony, Lucknow, for depositing the arrears of rent and for vacating the premises as the allotment has been cancelled in Feburary, 2019. 4.
The petitioner has alleged in the writ petition that he lives along with Jagvinder Singh (Boby), who is an old person and the petitioner takes care of him. It is evident from the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he himself is 60 years old. 5. The petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. In case Jagvinder Singh (Boby) was aggrieved, he could have come to this Court on his own. 6. The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
