The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 17.04.2017 passed by this Court in Writ - B No. 15304 of 2017. It is the claim of the applicants that the opposite party has disturbed the status quo regarding nature and possession of the disputed property and is interfering in the possession of the applicants and thereby willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court. The correctness of the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application cannot be verified on affidavit evidence. It is not a case for instituting contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed.
