It is further prayed that during the pendency of this application, further proceedings in Case Crime No. 206 of 2025, under section 65(1)/333/115(2)/352/351(2) B.N.S, & 4(2) The Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act P.S Dhaurahra, District Lakhimpur Kheri, may kindly be stayed and an interim order to the said effect may kindly be granted."
