Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWPOA No.4355 of 2019, dated 29.07.2022, titled Purshottam Dutt Vs. State of H.P. and Anr. He further submits that petitioner shall be content at this stage in case respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in a time bound manner - 2 - in light of judgment ibid. He further submits that the judgment has already been implemented by the respondents-State. 3. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-4) of the petitioners in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWPOA No. 4355 of 2019, dated 29.07.2022, titled Purshottam Dutt Vs. State of H.P. and anr., within six weeks from today. In case, the petitioners are found similarly situate to the petitioner in above noted matter, they will also be granted the same benefits as made available to the petitioner in CWPOA No. 4355 of 2019. 4.
