The order of suspension dated 02.01.2025 passed by the respondent no.3-District Basic Education Officer, District Hapur is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. Counsel for the petitioner placed reliance upon paragraph -16 of the writ petition and argued that allegations made against the petitioner is false and incorrect. 3. The swearing of the petition has been made by the husband of the petitioner and the aforesaid paragraph has been sworn on the basis of record. When a query was made by the Court in this regard, it is informed by counsel for the petitioner that the paragraph was fill-up by the clerk. 4. At this stage, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 5. Prayer made is allowed. 6.
