Supplementary affidavit, filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsels for the parties. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that despite, the payment made by the petitioner, the order dated 22.07.2025 has been passed without considering the factual aspects. It also transpires on record that yet an another notice dated 01.08.2025 was also issued. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, considering the documents on record, which reveals that primafacie the amounts have already been paid, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for recall of the order dated 22.07.2025 and the recovery notice dated 01.08.2025 by bringing on record the correct factual position. 5. The respondent no.1 shall re-visit the issue and pass a fresh order after taking into consideration the documents that may be filed by the petitioner. The petitioner shall file the application in terms of this order within a period of three weeks from today. 6.
