Heard Sri Rahul Kannojia, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Mandamus commanding the opposite party No.2 to take legal action and also take immediate cognizance of the First Information Report dated 22.08.2025, which was registered at FIR No./Case Crime No. 0490/2025, under Sections- 87, 352, 351(3) B.N.S. of 2023 at Police Station-Thakurganj, District-Lucknow Western (Commissionerate Lucknow) against the opposite parties No.4 to 6, and also investigation, the petitioner daughter should be handed over to the petitioner, contained as Annexure No. 1; issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Police Authorities to ensure the after a fresh investigation, the daughter of the petitioner should be traced and handed over to the petitioner and accused should be arrested as soon as possible and appropriate action should be taken, in terms of Indian Penal Code." 3. It is evident that the respondent no.4 has married with the alleged victim and both are major in age and have also filed the Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 8648 of 2025 challenging the F.I.R., in which, the interim protection has been granted to them. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
