It is submitted that the said representation at Annexure-D has been made on 03.12.2022 and no action has been taken till date. 3. Sri. Yogesh D. Naik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Doddaballapura Planning Authority submits that in terms of Annexure-E, demand was made for payment of fees. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo and produces copy of receipt for having paid the fee as raised in the demand at Annexure-E. 5. Sri. Yogesh D. Naik, learned counsel further submits that there are other procedures to be fulfilled and subject to fulfillment of such requirements as will be intimated to the petitioner, necessary action would be taken.
