The present application has been filed seeking transfer of revisional proceedings of Civil Revision No.64 of 2024 pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Bahraich to the another district. 3. The contention of the Counsel for the applicant is that the respondent is well connected and one of his relatives has become a Secretary of the Bahraich Bar Association. 4. No material has been adduced to suggest that the Secretary has exercised any undue influence upon the court concerned. No good ground for transfer is made out. 5.
