B S SHIVAJI The Court made the following: ORDER This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 26.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30186 of 2014. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 18.01.2025. Relevant paragraphs of the said proceedings read as follows:- 2 “In pursuance of the orders of the Commissioner, Endowments Department, AP, Gollapudi, Vijayawada in the reference 10th cited, the services of Sri P.Srinivasulu, NMR is hereby regularized as Record Assistant in the existing vacancy in the time sale of 23120-66-23780-720-25940-780-28280-850-30830-920- 33590-990-36560-1080-39800-1170-43310-1260-47090-1350-51140- 1460-55520-1580-60260-1700-65360-1830-70850-1960-74770 (43) as per his Educational qualifications in the establishment of this Devasthanam, as per the common orders dated 26.07.2022 rendered by the Hon’ble High Court in W.P No.30186 of 2014 and W.P.No.11467 of 2013 and C.C.No.84 of 2015, without prejudice to the rights of the Devasthanam to challenge the said common orders dated 26.07.2022 by availing all its legal remedies and subject to the result of such appeals that may be filed by the Devasthanam. Sri P.Srinivasulu, NMR is directed to submit his joining report to this office along with physical fitness, educational qualification and date of birth certificates in original”. 3. Basing on the said proceedings, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the petitioner is continuing in service in compliance of the order of this Court, dated 26.07.2022, the Contempt Case may be closed. 4. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. __________________________ Dr. K.
