Manoj Raj Singh and another arising out of Case Crime No.196 of 2016, Under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Patiyali, District Kanshiram Nagar now District Kasganj pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj. It is further prayed that further proceeding of aforesaid Case No. 9846 of 2016, State Vs. Manoj Raj Singh and another arising of Case Crime No.196 of 2016, Under Sections 498A, 323, Patiyali, District-504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Patiyali, District Kanshiram Nagar now District Kasganj pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj may kindly be stayed during pendency of the present 482 of Cr.P.C. application before this Hon'ble Court and/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit and proper circumstances of the case. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 1.3.2017 subject to deposit of Rs.30,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 18.5.2017, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 16.5.2017. 6. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 3.3.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicant(s) to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time, the same is dismissed as such. 9. The present application is dismissed as infructuous. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
