Revenue Code, 2006 before the Commmissioner, Devi Patan Division, Gonda. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and learned counsel for the Gram Sabha do not have any objection if the aforesaid limited prayer is allowed in favour of the petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Devi Patan Divison, Gonda to hear and decide the Revision No. C202308000001937 within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
