Shri Amrendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party submits that order of Writ Court has already been complied with in letter and spirit, therefore, the present contempt application may be dismissed. 3. Considering the submission of counsel for the parties as well as contents of affidavit of compliance, it is evident that the order of Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite party. 4.
