Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Manish Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.200 of 2024 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/506/120-B of I.P.C. registered at Police Station- Ibrahimpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 13.08.2024 against four persons, including the applicant, stating that under allurement of co-accused Sateesh Chandra Bharti, the complainant gave money to the accused persons for obtaining public employment. A fake interview of the complainant was conducted and a fake appointment letter was given to him. When the complainant demanded return of his money, the accused persons threatened him. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, it has been stated that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. The applicant is involved in another case of similar nature in which he has been granted bail by means of an order dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. Two co-accused persons Sateesh Chandra and Surendra Kumar Dwivedi have already been granted in the present case by means of orders dated 22.10.2024 and 12.11.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application Nos.11065 of 2024 and 11650 of 2024. 7. The State has filed a counter affidavit opposing the bail application annexing therewith the copies of material collected during investigation. 8. Learned AGA has submitted that the investigation in the present case is still going on. 9. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that the applicant is languishing in jail since 14.08.2024 and the investigation of the case could not be completed in spite of expiry of one year and two co-accused persons have already been granted bail in the present case, I am of the view that the aforesaid facts are sufficient for making out a case for enlargement of the applicant on bail in the aforesaid case. 10. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed. 11. Let the applicant- Dileep Kumar Prajapati be released on bail in the aforementioned case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Magistrate/Court concerned, subject to following conditions:- (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
