The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue an order or direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sitapur to decide the case of petitioner bearing Regular Suit No.583/ 2024 suit for permanent injunction pending since 13.08.2024 before him styled as Ram Kishun vs Haneef, within early period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue an order or direction directing to Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sitapur to pass an interim order against the opposite party no.2 restraining him from interfering in peaceful possession of petition in his aforesaid house and land." 3. Considering the fact that injunction is said to be pending as stated by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the pending interim application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
