Under challenge is the order dated 16.04.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, inviting applications for the post of Panchayat Assistant cum Data Entry Operator. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no due publicity of the advertisement of the post in question was given, with the result that the petitioner was unable to apply for the said post. 4. On the other hand, Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 states that the select list has already been drawn up and sent for approval to the District Level Committee. 5. Considering the aforesaid it is thus apparent that selection has proceeded further consequently there cannot be any occasion for interfering with impugned order at this stage inasmuch as some rights may have accrued to the candidates whose names have been shortlisted and sent for approval to the competent authority. 6. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition stands dismissed.
