The present contempt application has been preferred for alleged non compliance of the interim order dated 10.05.2023 by the respondents. Perusal of the interim order dated 10.05.2023 reveals that the order of status quo has been passed in absence of the respondents and the notices for the first time, were issued to the respondents on the very same date i.e. 10.05.2023. On being asked from learned counsel for the applicant as to when the applicant had served the certified/photocopy of the interim order dated 10.05.2023 upon the respondents, he replied that the copy was never served as the counsel on their behalf has consequently filed their vakalatnama before the writ Court, as stated in para 4 of the affidavit filed along with the present contempt application. Perusal of para 4 of the affidavit filed along with contempt application does not indicate any date of filing of the vakalatnama to establish that after filing of the vakalatnama, the violation was made by the respondents, hence, no contempt is made out.
