Kaif, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shwetabh Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Additional Court No. 2 Lucknow, to dispose of the complaint case no. 52108 of 2022 (Mohammad Ishrar vs. Mohammad Shahid) under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, P.S. Thakurganj, District- Lucknow within a period of three months or within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also that complaint case in issue is pending consideration since 2022 before the trial court and as per Section 143 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (in short "Act of 1881"), case under Section 138 of the Act of 1881 shall be concluded expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the case in issue, expeditiously. 4.
