Learned counsel for the respondents refers to the submissions made in the said Compliance Report dated 07.1.2025, wherein, it is mentioned that in pursuance to order dated 19.7.2023 (Annexure P-1) the petitioner has been promoted as Soil Conservation Officer on Notional Basis on 07.2.2023 and notional benefits have also been accorded to the petitioner from 22.7.2015 upto 31.7.2015 on which date the petitioner had retired as evident from order dated 13.12.2024 (Annexure R-3/T). it is further submitted that vide order dated 02.1.2025 (Annexure R-4/T) all consequential including leave encashment etc. have also been released to the petitioner. Heard. Today none appears on behalf of petitioner.
