Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Akansha Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer: "1. To issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to take an early decision on the representations submitted by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, with all consequential benefits." 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions sent by the U.P. Fire Services, Headquarters, Lucknow dated 03.09.2025, has stated that the complaint of the petitioner has been taken cognizance and on which inquiry has been instituted against two employees. The instructions are taken on record. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the opposite party no.2 to ensure that inquiry instituted by the Headquarters on the complaint of the petitioner is brought to its logical end after giving an opportunity of hearing to Shri Rahul Pal Singh, Shri Mool Chandra, Shri Joginder Singh, Shri Umakant Shukla and Shri Vikas Sharma and others against whom complaint has been made by the petitioner.
