HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 936 of 2025 Court No. - 1 HON'BLE RAJAN ROY, J.
HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J.
1. Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Heard Ms. Chitrangada Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.B. Pandey, learned Senior Counsel and Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Shri Varun Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite parties.
3. As regards Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition we see no reason to interfere with it, as, the grievance of the petitioner is only to the effect that while passing the said order conversion of existing meter guage rail line between Nanpara to Mailani railway station including Mihipurva, Murtiha, Nisangada, Bichhiya, Majhrapurab, Khairatiya, Tikunia, Belrayan, Palia Kalan, have been left out. We are of the opinion that there is no need to quash the Annexure No. 1 rather the petitioner should be granted liberty to raise its grievance before the opposite parties no. 3 and 4, who, as per Shri S.B. Pandey, learned Senior Counsel and Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the opposite parties, are competent to consider such grievance.
4. If any such application is filed the same shall be processed, facts got verified and a considered decision shall be taken thereon by the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chitrangada Narayan, Anurag Narain Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) :
