Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. The writ file shows that respondents have admitted the liability of Rs.76,502/- towards the petitioner (page 17 of the paper- book). Learned counsel for the respondents submits that within two weeks aforesaid liability would be discharged by the respondents. At his request, list on 24.06.2025. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CMP No.12756 of 2025 Disposed of as not pressed at this stage.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 23.06.2025 and on that basis submitted that amount due to the petitioner has been paid to him vide Cheque Nos.228649 & 228650 dated 23.06.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted the above position. 4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed, therefore, this writ petition to stand disposed of.
