Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 6. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no.7 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concern authority to set up an inquiry in respect of alleged forged Mark-sheet of opposite party no.7, Seema Devi D/o Brij Bihari bearing Mark-sheet No. 865968 and Roll No. 659429 in the year 2002. Further prayer for considering petitioner's candidature for appointment on the post of Aganbadi Worker for the centre concerned has also been sought. 4. It has been submitted that the opposite party no.7 has been provided appointment as Aganbadi Worker on the basis of a forged Mark-sheet. 5. It is, however, evident from record that till date there is no order passed by any competent authority declaring the Mark-sheet of opposite party no.7 to be forged or having been cancelled. 6. In such circumstances, at this stage, no indulgence can be granted to petitioner who may have a subsequent right in terms of her merits standing and in case the Mark- sheet of opposite party no.7 is cancelled. 7.
