By the aforesaid interim order, this Court stayed the proceedings impugned in the writ petition, by which the petitioner was made to retire from service on medical grounds, and further directed that the petitioner shall continue to work pending further orders. 3. Sri Sanisetty Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for respondents, has placed on record copy of proceedings dated 16.05.2025 issued by the Depot Manager, Ongole, A.P. Public Transport Department, whereby the petitioner was reinstated into service to work at Ongole Depot Garage, pending further orders. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that after filing of the present contempt case, the petitioner has been reinstated into service. 5. In view of the above, as the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with, this contempt case is dismissed.
