The non-applicants have no objection, if in case, the application is allowed and the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-A (Daulat Ram) are brought on record as is being sought in the application. Respondent No.1-A (Daulat Ram) is stated to have expired on 28.12.2014. The same is evident form the Death Certificate appended along-with the application as Annexure A-1. The details of the legal heirs are given in the Legal Heir Certificate appended along-with the application as Annexure A-2. Since the right to sue inheres/survives with the aforesaid legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-A, therefore, they are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.1-A(i) to 1- A(vi). The application stands disposed of. Amended memo of parties be filed within four weeks. CMP No.13269 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objection, if in case, the application is allowed and the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-F (Vinod Kumar) are brought on record as is being sought in the application. Respondent No.1-F (Vinod Kumar) is stated to have expired on 08.12.2019. The same is evident form the Death Certificate appended along-with the application as Annexure A-3. The details of the legal heirs are given in the Legal Heir Certificate appended along-with the application as Annexure A-4. Since the right to sue inheres/survives with the aforesaid legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-F, therefore, they are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.1-F(i) to 1-F(iv). The application stands disposed of. Amended memo of parties be filed within four weeks. CMP No.13270 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objection, if in case the amount lying deposited in this Registry of this Court along-with proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is released in favour of the applicants, as is being sought in the application. The appeal, in the case at hand, was disposed of by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.05.2017. Learned counsel for the parties submit that no further proceedings against the said decision are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along-with proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants in terms of their respective shares detailed in Paragraph-2 of the application. The amount be remitted to their bank account(s), details whereof have been given in Paragraph-4 of the application, subject to proper verification. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.13271 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objection, if in case the amount lying deposited in this Registry of this Court along-with proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1-A(v), i.e. Meena Devi, as is being sought in the application. The appeal, in the case at hand, was disposed of by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.05.2017. Learned counsel for the parties submit that no further proceedings against the said decision are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along-with interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant, in terms of her share detailed in Paragraph-2 of the application.
