The petitioner appears to have made an online application to the second respondent and had also paid for a sum of Rs.800/- on 22.10.2024. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh application seeking survey and after paying the requisite fee for the same, make an online application to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The third respondent thereafter consider and pass orders on the said survey application within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
