On 21.01.2025, it was represented that the matter had been withdrawn seeking liberty to file a comprehensive revision petition afresh by making a written endorsement signed by the counsel for the petitioners on the petition. However, due to typographical error it was Contd., 2 SL. NO. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 25.02.2025 recorded in para No.2 of the order dated 21.01.2025, that the counsel for the petitioner requested permission to withdraw the petition as the matter was settled out of Court and no further order is required. It was further recorded in para No.3 that in view of the representation made on behalf of the petitioner, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, the same requires to be corrected as below. “2.Sri Shaik Md.Umar Abdullah, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a comprehensive revision petition afresh. 3.In view of the representation made on behalf of the petitioner, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving the aforesaid liberty.” Get the amendments carried out.
