This writ petition has been filed with the following relief: "Set aside the order dated 17.08.2024 passed by learned Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court No.1, Gonda in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 36 of 2023: Uttam Kumar Sharma verus Raj Kapoor and the order dated 14.08.2023 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue)/Rent Authority in Case No. 1930/2022 Raj Kapoor versus Uttam Kumar Sharma." 3. By means of order impugned dated 14.08.2023, a decree of eviction was passed under Section 21(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 and by means of the said order dated 17.08.2024, the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed. 4. Considering the fact that the both the orders have been passed after considering the evidence available on record, no interference is called for. 5. The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
