Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned order/award dated 29.04.2025 passed by the opposite party no.1 - Insurance Ombudsman, Lucknow (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 and 3 to release the whole payment which is pending against the insurance policies mentioned hereunder 1. Policy No. 277204230 2. Police No. 207806567 3. Policy No. 208292281 4. Policy No. 207819816 along with interest accrued thereon within a time bound period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.2 & 3 has pointed out that the petitioner has not challenged the order passed by the LIC dated 03.08.2019, copy of which has been filed as annexure-10 to the writ petition. 4. The petitioner has only challenged the order passed by the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Bal Keshwar Srivastava, Aniket Srivastav, Veer Keshwar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Sanjeev Singh Baij Nath .....Petitioner(s) Insurance Ombudsman Office Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) no.1. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
