A perusal of the records reveal that the second respondent has passed an order on 12.12.2018, seeking to recover a sum of Rs.1,23,900/- Unless the said order is challenged in a manner known to law. The prayer sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be granted. 3. In view of the above said facts, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
