Learned counsel argues that as per the prosecution case, two forged lease deeds have been executed in the name of the accused-applicants,purported to be issued by Village Development Officer and Sarpanch, however, the same have not been issued by the Village Development Officer and Sarpanch. Learned counsel also argues that the lease deeds have not been mis-used so far. Learned counsel contends that the accused-applicants were arrested on 05.04.2025 and since then, they are behind the bars. Learned counsel further contends that there is no other criminal case registered against the accused-applicants. Learned counsel prays that the investigation and trial will take long time to conclude, therefore, the accused-applicants be enlarged on bail. 3. On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the case diary. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the facts that the accused-applicants are behind the bars since 05.04.2025; that no other criminal case has been registered against the accused-applicants; that investigation and trial will take long time to conclude, but without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it proper to allow the bail application filed by the accused-applicants. 6.
