The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 14.09.2016, whereby the petitioner was requesting that her name be incorporated in the revenue records, in respect of land bearing Sy.No.33, measuring 4 acres 20 guntas, situated at Kurabarahalli Village, Cheluru Hobli, Gubbi Taluk, Tumkur District. 2. Learned counsel places on record the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner on 17.09.2022, whereby, it is held that the saguvali chits issued in respect of previous Sy.Nos.93 including the saguvali chit issued in favor of the petitioner has been cancelled. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9216 WP No. 4599 of 2025 3.
