The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the vehicle has now been produced before the learned Magistrate. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition for return of vehicle before the learned Magistrate concerned.
