Bora, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent as well as Mr. S. K. Chakma, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Respondent submits that though the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 289/2025 dated 02.07.2025 against the present petitioner. 3. In view of laying of charge-sheet, this bail application is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may seek relief before the learned Trial Court, if so advised.
