Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to 4 to remove the illegal possession over the Gata No.163/203/0.063 hect. registered as Naveen Parti/Harizan Abadi and Gata No.164/0.043 hect. registered as Naveen Parti in revenue record situated at Village-Upadhyaypur, Pargana & Tehsil-Patti, District- Pratapgarh as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code haved already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
