Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J. Controversy raised in the present bunch of writ petitions has already been adjudicated by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ-C No.10017 of 2022 as well as Writ-C No.10466 of 2022. The writ petitions were dismissed. The judgment was assailed before the Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.7023 of 2025, which was got dismissed as withdrawn. Thereafter a review petition was filed, which also has been dismissed on 15.5.2025. Since the same impugned order is challenged in the present bunch of writ petitions, we find no good ground to take a different view in the matter. Writ petitions, accordingly, are dismissed. It is, however, clarified that rights, which would be available to the tenant under the Tenancy Laws to apply for allotment in the reconstructed building, shall stand protected and dealt with, in accordance with law.
