The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C./529 of the B.N.S.S.,2023 has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I., Ayodhya Prakaran, Lucknow to decide the Criminal Case No. 16587/2017, (State of U.P. Vs. Anil Kumar Verma and Others), arising out of Crime No. 98/2012, under sections 403,406,420,467,468,323,506 of I.P.C., Police Station-Chowk, district-Lucknow within the stipulated period of time Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2017 and even after passing of about 8 years, the proceeding of the case not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 16587/2017, with Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Lalit Kishore Pandey, Amitabh Agarwal, Pawan Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
