Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the official opposite parties to restrain the opposite party no.6 for raising construction over the land bearing Gata No.189/0.672 hectare and 190/0.183 hectare situated at village Sandahan Majgawan, Post Sultanpur, Kabirpur, Tehsil alapur, district Ambedkar Nagar in the interest of justice." 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he had taken land of Gata No.189 and 190 a total of 10775 sq.mtrs on lease for 29 years 11 months from one Jamaluddin Khan, Son of Late Bheekhu for establishing Hindustan Petrol Pump. Now Jamaluddin's Son Anas-respondent no.6 has started raising construction over land which has been leased by his father to the petitioner. 4. We do not find any good ground to show interference as prayed for in this writ petition. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court.
