Dutta, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner by order dated 24.07.2025, was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he Page No.# 2/2 has appeared before the Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of CID P.S. Case No. 07/2025. 4. He further submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 181 of BNS, 2023 has also been recorded. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has objected to making the interim bail absolute on the ground that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioner. 6. I have considered the submissions made by both the sides and have gone through the materials available on record including the case diary of CID P.S Case No. 07/2025. 7. It appears that the petitioners has complied with the directions of this Court and as he has co-operated in the investigation, as such, the interim bail granted to him by order dated 24.07.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 8.
