This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.04.2025 arising out of Case Crime No.0102 of 2025, Under Section 85, 89, 74, 115(2), 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanghita (B.N.S.)2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 of Police Station-Bijnaur, Lucknow South Commissionerate, District-Lucknow, contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report dated 11.04.2025 arising out of Case Crime No.0102 of 2025, Under Section 85, 89, 74, 115(2), 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanghita (B.N.S.)2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 of Police Lucknow South Commissionerate, District- Lucknow, contained in Station-Bijnaur, Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 29.08.2025 provided by Shri Prabhu Dayal, Senior Sub-Inspector, Police Station Bijnor, Commissionerate, Lucknow, which are produced before this Court and Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kaushal Mani Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Dr. Jagat Kishore Gupta @ Jagat Kishore And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy./Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home U.P. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) taken on record, submits that the Chargesheet dated 13.08.2025 has been prepared against the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 10 and 11 and the names of the petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 have been omitted as no offence has been committed by them and forwarded to the Supervisory Authority, who after examining the same, shall forward to the concerned court. 4.
