No good ground has been shown to prioritize the hearing of the proceedings instituted by the applicant in the year 2023 over other matters pending before the learned trial court. Hence, relief sought in the application is declined. However, learned trial court shall make all endeavours to expedite the disposal of the criminal case in accordance with law and as per its roster.
