Sarmah, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the State respondents. 2. Upon instruction, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 11.08.2025, the petitioner as well as one family member of the petitioner has been able to meet the declared foreign national, namely, Musstt. Pariskar Begum at the Holding Centre under 7th APBn., Charaikhola, Kokrajhar, against whom an opinion was rendered by the learned Member, Foreigners’ Tribunal, Nagaon No.10th at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai in FT(D) Case No. 437/2015. 3. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been able to meet the declared foreign national and taken her signature in Vakalatnama and accordingly, the purpose of this habeas corpus petition has been achieved. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed on satisfaction without Page No.# 3/3 prejudice to the right of the declared foreign national to challenge the opinion passed against her. 5. In view of the ensuing puja vacation, the Court is inclined to provide that till 3 (three) weeks or filing of the writ petition, whichever is earlier, the declared foreigner national, namely, Musstt. Pariskar Begum shall not be deported out of the country without the order of the Court. 6. The petitioner shall cause production of a certified copy of this order to the In-Charge of Holding Centre under 7th APBn., Charaikhola, Kokrajhar to bring the order to the notice of the said authority.
