This petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- "यह िक यािचकाकतार् माननीय उच्च न्यायालय से यह िनवेदन करता है िक कोई आदेश या िनदेर्श जो परमादेश प्रवृित्त का हो िवपक्षी संख्या 5 के पत्रांक संख्या 1114/ एस०टी०- आर०/अनुपालन/2025 िदनांक 14 जुलाई, 2025 के आदेश के क्रम में यािचकाकतार् द्वारा िदया गया प्राथर्ना-पत्र िदनांक 11.08.2025 िवपक्षी संख्या 7 व 8 संलग्नक संख्या 2 को िनधार्िरत समय-सीमा के अंतगर्त िनस्तािरत करने का आदेश व िनदेर्श न्याय के िहत में िनगर्त िकया जाने की कृ पा करें।" Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Tehsildar and to the Incharge Inspector Kotwali Rudauli Ayodhya, copy of which has been filed as Annexure No.2 to the petition. He prays for a direction to the respondents to decide the said representation. Having gone through the representation of the petitioner copy of which has been filed as Annexure No.2 to the petition. We have gone through the representation and find that it raises a purely private dispute. The petitioner is aggrieved by some action of grand son of Bhawani Prasad one Ramanand son of Ram Raj who has taken over illegaly the possession of the land of the petitioner. No writ petition raising disputed question of facts relating to private Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Azam Khan, Suneel Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Sharad Kumar Trivedi .....Petitioner(s) State Of Up Thru.Secy. Revenue Civil Secy. Lko. And 10 Others .....Respondent(s) dispute can be entertained. No direction can be issued to the Tehsildar or SHO to interfere in purely private dispute. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court.
