Sri Vinayak Saxena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Sitapur, which is taken on record. Sri Saxena submits that decision has already been taken as regards the representation of the applicant. 2. Considering the contents of the order of the writ Court as well as the order dated 05.11.2024, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 3. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with decision of the District Magistrate, Sitapur.
