This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. No.0554/2025, dated 23.06.2025, lodged under Sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4) of B.N.S at Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow(contained as Annexure No.1). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite party no.3 not arrest the petitioners in pursuance of aforesaid impugned F.I.R. No.0554/2025, dated 23.06.2025, lodged under Sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4) of B.N.S at Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that he does not want to press this petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the remedy of anticipatory bail. To which there is no objection by learned AGA and learned counsel for the respondent no.4. In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
