Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present revision has been filed by the revisionist for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside the order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.8 Lucknow in Criminal Misc. Case No.993/2025 and may kindly consider the custody of the revisionist since 17.04.2018, in the interest of justice." 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the revisionist prays for withdrawal of this revision with liberty to the revisionist to file a fresh revision with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. 4. The aforesaid prayer has not been opposed. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 6. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this revision to the learned counsel for the revisionist as per relevant Rules in this regard.
